First issue, the key I received back was invalid and missing the host ID. I had to open a ticket with Infor.
I then received a valid key, but it was missing two add-on modules (ODBC) that we current are licensed for.
In each instance, I supplied our current 5.7 license file as well as the 6.1 license file I was sent for comparison.
WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT TO GET AN ACCURATE LICENSE KEY FROM INFOR. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I HAVE HAD TO GO BACK AND FORTH MULTIPLE TIMES TO GET THIS STRAIGTENED OUT. YOUR WEBSITE NEEDS HELP IF THIS IS HOW YOU WANT YOUR CUSTOMERS TO REQUEST LICENSE KEYS FROM NOW ON.
