      Hello everyone,

      We are evaluating of upgrading from cloverleaf 5.6 to 5.8. I have the 5.8 Release notes and I was looking at SMAT enhancement.

      . Can anyone let me know whats the improvement in GUI search.

      . Resending with metadata supported.How does it help?

      . Can we refresh the smat file and not load it everytime it has changed.

      Appreciate your help.

          This is most useful for file based interfaces (as opposed to TCP/IP socket interfaces). There is frequently code on file based interfaces that looks at the original filename to do routing or set outbound filenames. Previously if you did a resend the filename metadata would be blank. Now it can be filled in. So with 5.8 you can resend directly to threads instead of placing the original files back in the incoming data folders.

            The feature that I use most often is to resend an inbound message to a particular Destination thread.   I find that very useful.
