Ideas about Cloverleaf consolidation

Our health system would like to consolidate Cloverleaf servers for the three facilities within our system that use (or will use) it.  Currently, two of the three facilities are using Cloverleaf.  Both use a separate server and are in different physical locations.

I am trying to come up with a good “plan” for consolidating the two facilities’ servers and also adding the third facility’s server.  What we want to do is put the two facilities that currently use Cloverleaf on one (the same) server in one location.  The server would reside at one of the facilities, of course.  The two facilities are about 4 hours apart.  The second server would be housed at the third (larger) facility.  

Has anyone done anything like this?

Do you have any gotchas or pointers for doing something like this?

Any suggestions are welcome.
