      All,

I’m working on a series of connections to bring DIRECT Messages from our HISP (ICA) into Meditech.  I do have the CAA-WS, but I’m having to manipulate the httpRequestHeaders and other bits of the message to get it formatted in a way that Meditech can receive it.  Has anyone else done this with these parties that could assist me?  Or is there a way to get what the Content-Length would be after all my edits?

      Any help is appreciated.

      Jerry

Jerry, are you aware of the CAA-Direct adapter? This adapter might make your life significantly easier.

Direct Adapter (CAA-Direct). Cloverleaf does not act as the HISP, but Cloverleaf can use the CAA-Direct component, built on the Java Driver, to send Direct emails out and retrieve them from a HISP in/out of Cloverleaf. For Cloverleaf acting as a Direct recipient, Cloverleaf can configure the driver to monitor a Direct email box on the HISP and any messages that are sent to that address will be received in Cloverleaf as a message. Cloverleaf gets all available messages. On outbound you can specify the send-to email address as well as the email server, so Cloverleaf is able to talk to more than one HISP if necessary.
