HRL setup help needed

I am trying to define an HRL and having issues.  I have a file that looks like this:

Beginning at position 12 for 3 characters is the code that determines the record type.  (100, 101, 102, etc. thru 110).  I have defined separate FRLs for each record type, and I have been able to get the record types to pull properly, but as individual messages.  I need a single message to be defined as a 100 record through a 110 record, with the knowledge that there may not be a 110 record each time.  Position 6 for 6 characters is the file number field, and it is the same for each group of records (or each message).  I just can’t seem to get the repeats to work right to get a single message.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
