Here we’re using the HPF outbound documents feed (via HMS) for our medical transcriptions to multiple in house system i.e. clinicals (HCI), CNExT (CA Registry), RelayHealth (RDS)….  These are via MDM messages we convert to ORUs for the receiving systems.

The messaging setup in the engine was easy.  It was not an easy thing to setup on HPF and get stable.  Once we got all the HPF outbound issues resolved though it’s working quite well.

If you’re looking to accomplish something similar, I’d be happy to review with you.

Thank you . We are currently testing with Mckessons hpf 15.3 DEX feed adapted to 3m’s Autoecoding system.  I think we made some head way on what to expect in events out of HPF.  T01, T07 and T11’s.
