HP OS system time different

      Hello ,

      I have noticed recently our OS time is different from the timestamps

      within our process logs. There is a 2 hour difference .

      Any thoughts on the discrepancy and how I may correct these. ?

      I have not rebooted recently so this would be my last option.

          Paul,

          You may want to look at the time-zone settings for the ‘hci’ user; it may be different than the time-zone the machine is defaulting to.

            Thanks Jim for you quick reply.

            I don’t know how to check the time-zone setting for the HCI user.

            How do you do that. ?

            Can I change it dynamically without stopping the sites/processes ?

              The HCI user environment setting is the correct time zone.

              Does the ‘hciengine’ set or capture a time-zone when it starts ,

              from somewhere that is different from the OS. ?
