How to save single message from SMAT *.idx/*.msg to use in testing tool

Hi,

I am using Cloverleaf 6.1 on Windows server.

I want to test xlt file using testing tool and it asks for choosing data file.

I have received *.idx, *.msg & *.ecd under SMATHistory folder of inbound thread. Since, the *.idx/*.msg contains 1000 of HL7 messages, I want to retrieve/create one sample message through the *.idx/*.msg.

Is it possible to test xlt (xlate) using SMAT file through Cloverleaf GUI?

Also, to add/rephrase

How can I save few messages, like only, 1 or 2 or 3 messages  from *.idx, *.msg & *.ecd under SMATHistory folder to a file location which I can use for testing purpose?

You will need to find the message in the SMAT tool and use the “resend to file” feature to produce a file that the testing tool can use.

I guess, I overlooked the GUI menu of Cloverleaf 6.1.

I learnt on the way as if I need to select any message, I need to click on Toggle Selection button.  It’s the first time, I ever used SMAT files. This seems to be somewhat different from a resend on SMATDB file. Now, I got it.
