how to create a new Master site

We are currently moving from CL5.4.1 to 6.0.1. In our 5.4.1 we had a generic “master site” call gsh_global that only has tclprocs, which i believe were softlinked, they were not done by me so i’m not sure how they were done. In our new 6.0.1 environment, can i take the site gsh_global and go to Option->Root Options and set it as master siter? does this then make the tclprocs global?

  You should be able to do that assuming there is no more to the story.
  
  I might reset those soft links as part of that action though.
