How do you turn on Audit log with Basic Security in 5.5

Just went thru an audit of system.  Started checking on security functions in Cloverleaf without buying Advanced Security package.  According to manual, there is some Basic Security with limited Audit log functionality.  When I try to view Audit log per instructions in manual, it says there is no Audit log.  Anyone know how to “turn on” Audit log or Basic Security?

In your “server” directory in the file server.ini, under security

“audit_server_used=true”.  This is to turn on Auditing.
