My server (qdx5.3) is running slow today. When I ran “top”. I keep seeing this hciwish come to the top.
I grepped on this, and it looks like past alerts. Is this something hung that I should kill, or is this normal, and I have just never noticed it being there before.
hciwish is the UI for the Tcl shell. As you say it will have been popping up a window on your server to display alerts so you should be able to kill this off.
It may be worth viewing the alerts window in the Cloverleaf UI to determine what the alert(s) is/are as something may need attention.
