hcimsiutil error

Hi All,

I am having trouble running my hcimsiutil command.

I run: hcimsiutil -dd ADT_IN_TEST

and I get: msiEventCreate: Can’t create Async Event sem:5

and: msiGlobalInt: Couldn’t Attach memory region

Unable to initialize MSI, err = 2

What do I do?
