Is there a way to get a decrypted version of this file to work with

OR

a version that includes DEACTIVATED alerts?

We have a need to cycle through all of our sites default.alrt files daily to make sure we are aware of any deactivated alerts. We had an incident where an alert needed to be turned off – then wasn’t turned back on – and we problems etc.
