      All,

      I am planning on playing Golf at the conference. My plans are to try and play Friday afternoon after the closing session (assuming the agenda has a half day on Friday as usual).

      If anyone else would like to join me, please email me.

      I am planning on playing at the course where the conference is being held. Since I am planning on playing on a Friday afternoon, I am assuming the sooner tee times are made the better.

            Unfortunately I will be somewhere northeast of Dallas on Tuesday.

            However, if Tuesday is better for everyone else – go ahead.

              Jim,

              I will not be attending the conference this year.   Some of my other co-workers will be attending this year.  However, I would love to play golf with you all again this year.   I could probably manage getting a half day off on Friday.   I will, as usual, pay my own way.  

              What course will you be playing on Friday?

                On Friday I plan on playing the course at the conference – they have a golf course there.

                    I would be pleased to join you and Tom on Friday – since you could also play Tuesday contact Charlie and see if he will be playing on Tuesday.

                    Tom – you can pick your day.

                    I will check into setting up Tee time once the conference schedule is out so we can know what time we could reasonably start.
