I was wondering if anyone else has come across this issue. We recently added our Global Monitor server to the monthly reboot cycle and after the reboot, the views would not display, getting error message that ‘view not found’. We are running GM 6.1.3.0
I was able to log in under the administrator and edit the views (though I did not change anything) and then when I went back to the view tab, the view was back.
It’s an easy fix this way, but was wondering if that is something we will have to do manually now every month so our Helpdesk view is accessible to them.
Would it help if we stop that windows service first?
