Global Monitor Question – output logs

We grant access to some of our super-users, in Global Monitor.  We do our best to limit security privileges to the users’ specific needs; but this inevitably allows for some grey area in accountability, with regard to processes and threads getting turned on/off when they shouldn’t be.

Does anyone know of a way to  examine/output/review these delegated users’ output logs?
