The last time I got documentation was by using my Infor site login.
I did discover you have to be paid up and have purchased the product of interest before that particular document will show up under your login.
Also navigating to the location was not intuitive and I had to get Infor to help me navigate, probably because they were in transition and it kept changing web pages.
Obtaining documentation seems to be another way being used by Infor now to motivate customers to make sure they get paid.
Our challenge was that we were paid up but with the company name had changed from Lawson to Infor.
That created confusion that added several months for us to get it straightened out.
Fortuantely, Infor has been in place now a while so you may not have that challenge.
I think the days of open product documentation freely available on-line might be changing.
If you think you are paid up for the product of interest, you may still have to contact Infor to have them make it visable to download for your login.
I know I had to do this to get our downloads and documentation.
