On my testsite im receiving the following error in the log file.  Failed to source filtered file: can’t read ‘dispLIst.

Also, proc= CHange_FT1_PWPM_Car invalid command name “shutdown”

What is interesting is that the same tcl file is on prod and am not getting this error in the prod site.

A couple of things jump out at me.  Probably too simple and I’m sure you have checked this already but:

First, do a diff on both files (the one in prod and in test) to ensure they are the same.    It appears that you could have an unmatched curly brace somewhere.

Second, your reference to “dispLIst” looks off.   Are both the L and the I supposed to be captilized in your proc?   Most of the time I see the word spelled out as “dispList”.
