General Question: How is everyone coming along with Stage 2?

I’m just curious to gauge the progress at other sites.  We’ve established what we want to do, but do not have our lab system (Soft), our main EMR (Paragon), or our EP EMR (Aprima) on their S2 Certified versions, so we haven’t even begun testing.  Our systems are all supposed to be ready by the end of the year.

How is progress coming with your HIE’s?  Are they able to attest to the Public Health Reporting portion?  Anyone working with the C-CDA yet?  I’m assuming it will be simply a passthrough for the engine.  If not, is it pretty easy to manipulate?  

For the ELR reporting, Ohio has 13 required tests.  Are there any states that have a harsher standard for that?  Anyone meeting the multi-factor “ABC” diseases yet?

For those further along, what has been your biggest obstacle of the project?
