We have been testing a new thread configuration that transfers a flat file.  It worked perfectly when the file was mapped to go to a folder on the interface server local C: drive.  When it was changed to go to a folder on a shared drive, an error was encountered. The folder definitely exists and the engine has read/write access to it. I have attached what was changed and what the error is.

I would appreciate any ideas that might resolve this!

      Thank you.

          Kim,

Did you turn up the Engine noise level and check the Process log for hints?

What user does the engine run as?  Does that user have write access to the shared folder?

              Hi,

The problem I find here is that the permissions are setup to one user while the engine runs under another (hci or hciuser by default). The permissions need to be for the engine user.

              Regards

              Garry
