I have what appears to be a correct frl to HL7 conversion via the testing tool. In practice however it errors with a “incomplete file read”. This is a new line terminated file. It appears that I need something at the end to signify EOF.
Is this the same file you used with the testing tool?
If not, then try to use the same file in the testing tool and set the Style to either single or eof if you get the same error.
If this is the same file, did you test at least once with ‘process all records’ set? If using the same file in the testing tool and inside the engine, you should get the same error.
