Flush output to Remote Command GUI

Clovertechies,

I have several scripts that can be executed using the Remote Command GUI.

Has anyone figured out how to “flush” the output so it displays in the GUI before the command is finished?  I would especially like to be able to prompt the user to enter information in the “Input:” text box, then click “Send” to pass it to the script.
