Hello, could anyone can tell me that: Can engine generate or translate a flat file to a specific message, which can use tcp/ip protocol?

Let’s say, i have a flat file, including a maste items, I would like that after going throught interface engine, then it turns out a or many hl7 message and then receiving system and processes those messages. any ideal, thanks in advanced!

If you create an FRL format to accept your flat file, you can use the Xlate Tool to map and or manipulate data just as you would with HL7.  I currently have one for a VRL that converts messages to ADT_A28 messages.

When you configure you translate select the FRL format just like you would for HL7.  Must have FRL format created first and then select the HL7 format for the outbound.  All the standard xlate commands apply.
