Request for GUI toolkit/client to have the ability to navigate out of DEFAULT directory path to open files.

“File Open” and “Browse” ability for all interface components and files i.e. Xlate, SMAT, TCL Script editor, etc.

Enhancement Long Description:

The toolkit/GUI still does not allow the ability to navigate outside the default directory path/location for Xlates.  I would like the ability to navigate outside to the parent directories and even levels above the Cloverleaf installation.

When using the SMAT tool, you can only load files from “/integrator ” subdirectory and below.  Please allow for the ability to navigate above this directory.

Please enhance the entire application to allow for the ability to navigate without restriction.
