EXCLUDE statement for Tivoli

I want to add an exclude statement for Tivoli Storage Manager without specifying each and every file.  I am makeing some guesses on the syntax.

For the path /hci/qdx5.4/integrator/326_test/exec/processes/test_01

/hci/qdx5.4/integrator/326_test/exec/processes/test_02

/hci/qdx5.4/integrator/326_test1/exec/processes/test1_01

/hci/qdx5.4/integrator/326_test1/exec/processes/test1_02

Woudl this cover it?

exclude /hci/…/integrator/…/exec/processes/…/*.idx

exclude /hci/…/integrator/…/exec/processes/…/*.msg

I still want to backup the Inboundsave and Outboundsave.  Any ides?

Keith,

You could probably just exclude the processes directory and guarantee that you’ll be covered even if you add processes.  I’d also exclude the databases directory.
