Errors when migrated sites from 6.1.2 to 6.2.3

Hi,

Has anyone come across the following err: “cannnot find Driver keyword entry for data source”

All the TCL’s and the xlates are there (TCL’s moved manually) so not sure why am seeing the errors below.

Example, the ORM messages comes into the TIE but does not pass to the downstream systems.

I have attached a word document to demonstrate the build.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

My guess is the <b>Cloverleaf_KHTCERT_Amazon</b> dsn definition is not in the odbc.ini file.

Compare the odbc.ini file in the 6.1 environment to the odbc.ini file in the 6.2 environment (make sure you are looking at the odbc.ini files provided with the ODBC Drivers Cloverleaf provides). you are likely to see differences.

I would make a backup copy of the 6.2 odbc.ini file then copy the 6.1 odbc.ini file to the 6.2 environment.

Hi Jim,

Thank-you for your response.

This issue is now resolved by adding the SQL Drivers on 64 bit System data Sources (System DNS tab).

The drivers existed on 32 bit but were missing on 64 bitc:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad64.exe
