Error Using the Route testing tool

When I attempt to run the following command from the unix command line or the windows qui, I receive an error.  Has anyone ever encountered this and might have an idea  what might be missing on our system.  

Command:

hciroutetest -d -f nl fr_epic_adt_hub2 /hci/quovadx/qdx5.2/integrator/pm_hl7_hub_out/ADTTest.msg

Error:

aCC runtime: Error 22 from shl_findsym(/usr/lib/libCsup.2,_shlInit)
