Epic to SMS ADT

We are trying to send ADT from Epic to SMS.  The first message we send has the correct REGION CODE, HOSPITAL CODE, AND SMS ID.  But each subsequent message does not.  Has anyone seen this issue before?

We have been able to get messages to post to Invision.  It seems as if the first message works and than subsequent messages get jumbled up.

We can resend the same message multiple times without issue.  When we restart the outbound thread, than try to send a message, the interface sends a bunch of small messages that make no sense.

To fix this we have to adjust the sequence number in Invision (SMS) and restart the interface.

I suspect the “small” messages that are being sent are the “3STRT” messages that INVISION expects upon startup of the RTIF interface.  This messaging handshake is usually done via some pre-write procs (within RTIF.tcl) that were developed by the Cloverleaf folks to facilitate interfacing with INVISION.
