EPIC, Cloverleaf and HDX 270/271

Just curious if anyone is routing their 270/271 messages from an EPIC registration system to HDX (and back).

  Yes we did that last year. We followed the setup suggested from QDX manuals for the X12 interface. Epic did have 2 custom programs they added to the interface for our site.
  
  Where ever there is problem with the interface it normally is a Epic Billing setup change. Our Prelude analyst corrects the setup and it runs like a charm.

  How did you handle the “HEARTBEAT” from HDX?

  Since HDX sends the heartbeat tests, we have a script in cron that runs every 10 minutes that cycles the threads, thus fooling the heartbeat tests.
