Epic and EWA Phoenix Bed Tracking

Currently trying to tell Epic that an HL7 RTB event message to a system called EWA Phoenix is not a typical HL7 interface.  This interface we had listed to continue and Epic came back and stated that they do not have this as an out of the box HL7 interface.  I indicated that the data produced usually comes from a report, we do the HL7 message build in Cloverleaf and send it to the State Department of Health.  

My question to other Cloverleaf users:  does anyone else that has Epic have such an interface that would use a report developed within Epic toolset?  not sure what States other than Indiana have created a program termed HAVeBED.

We found out that what would create the data for our feed to State Department would be a workbench report from Epic.  Epic has stated they do not have HL7 interfaces for everything.
