Engine hangs when processing message >69K

I posted a message similar to this awhile ago – but our problem is still not resolved, so I’m trying again.  😀

The engine hangs and then panics when we send in a message >69K.  This is in our testing environment.  Originally we were testing only with a 271 eligibility message, but it does the same thing with an ORU of this size.  I’ve attached a screen print of the process log with EO set to enable all – as well as a screen print of the timeout we see when sending from SMAT.  Using 5.7MB.  Any ideas of some configuration we’re missing?  Thanks for your help!
