Does anyone have an evaluation/screening tool that is used as part of the interview process? (I did put one together, but would like to compare against whatever else is available.)
Does anyone have suggestions or tools to measure performance and growth over time? What should this person be able to do after 3 months, six months, etc.?
While we all have to start somewhere, I don’t want to be in the position of having the probation period expire, without knowing that the new guy’s learning is on track…other than my gut.
Anyone with tools or suggestions?
