Duplicate Output Messages

We have an input thread that accepts results from our LAB system and sends them to the Clinic reporting system, NextGen.  I have 3 examples where the message is sent multiple times to the reporting system out of Cloverleaf and each time, a good acknowledgement is returned from NextGen.  2 of the examples send the message twice and the third example sends the message 6 times.

One input, two exact outputs, and two ACKs.

Any suggestions to look at?

Tim,

I would first look at your timeout settings & configuration on your outbound thread.  Take a look at any procs that may be employed to handle the replies (or lack of).  Then see if there are any other procs that may be involved.
