Detail documention on Iterate

Could someone please tell me where to find detailed documentation on using iterate in a translation.  I have done several, but am doing my first ORU message.  I’m able to test message formats which are fine.

But I can’t seem to xlt them appropriately.  I have :

OBR/NTE under 1.1.0 group

OBX/NTE under 1.1.1 group

I get the first NTE after the OBR, no more.

I get repeating OBX’s correctly.

I only get the first NTE after the first OBX.  I can’t get the additional NTE’s to follow properly.

So I guess I’m confused as to where to put the variables in the fields when I map them.

Are there any examples out there?  Thanks.

You will need to have an iterate within an iterate.
