Delete the first record from the recovery db

How do i delete the first record from the recovery database?  mid is 0.0.125491288  What would the command be?

hcidbdump -e -m 125491288 -D

From the command line this works.

I must admit I almost never use any of the gui’s.

But i’m sure you can do the same thing.
