Current Cloverleaf version is 6.0 (but upgrading to 6.2 soon)
For many years we’ve had different alerts in place, some Alert Types are process status, thread status, last receive, etc. About a year or so ago, the alerts stopped triggering. I honestly don’t remember what occurred (maintenance, upgrade, fail-over, etc.) during that time that would’ve affected the alerts. Somehow I discovered that when I’d make simple change, such as modify the duration time, to one of the alerts, all the qualifying alerts would trigger for that day but only for that day. Whenever I’d need the alerts to trigger, I would have to modify an alert and save the change. Recently, that’s no longer working, so my alerts are not triggering at all. It’s become critical that have these alerts reinstated/triggering. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
