Have a new site that just went live that keeps getting the following errors below. It happened twice today when a thread was turned on using  “start with hold” and then select a few messages to send then it goes down. I have been trying to read up on it but what i have found says something about the wrong user or exiting the hcidbdump, which no one has done the latter. Can someone explain to me what the wrong user situation is? This is on CL6.0.1 on a windows server.

      Thanks.

          Kevin, have you done a

          hcilmclear -v -p processname

We get this error sometimes when starting a process after it crashed. I can’t give you a real explanation but the story I tell myself is, when a process crashes, the logins to the recovery database aren’t cleared. And the database doesn’t like the same user getting more than one connection.

We run the hcilmclear command on the process and it starts.

            Thanks Bill,

We do use the hcilmclear command to clear it.
