database inbound thread resultset issue <int identity>

Need help with database inbound thread, showing error in resultset for data type vs when it runs.

Protocol: database inbound

Read action: stored procedure

Read Success action: stored procedure

Read Failure action: stored procedue

SEVERE: The 1th column with type does not map the resultset type .

Error: the ResultSet is invalid according to Row definition.

Database configuration attached, first field is the field in error.
