CSC Server Recycling question – CSC 4.3

We recycle CSC server (4.3) on monthly basis (due to monthly maintenance on windows machines). As our number of CSC clients is increasing every day, the number of disconnects we get after each recycle is increasing as well. Based on past 3 recycle windows, I’d say the number of CSC client disconnects amounts to about 10-15% of total CSC clients we are hosting, which comes to about 30-35 disconnects out of 250+ clients. This is a huge number and I am not sure why we get so many disconnects when we shut down both Tom Cat and CL services orderly.

Does anyone faces the same situation? How many disconnects you’d get on any given server re-boot? If you don’t get that many disconnects, I’d like to know the order of shut down you initiate. May be we are bringing server/services up and down in wrong order.

Any insight on this issue will be highly appreciable.
