I’m attempting to setup email alerting through the CSC, and I’ve confirmed that my SMTP setup is correct. However, I can’t get the alerts to fire via email. I’m using the built in TCL proc (attached) for alerting that come with CSC 6.0. The particular alert I’m testing with now is configured as attached (image). I know the alert is firing because it’s appending the following alert text to the associated courier LAST_ALERT.dat log file.

However, despite that, it doesn’t want to email it out as configured. Is there a trick to it that I’m missing?
