CSC Client v6 fails to launch

After installation the Clovereleaf Secure Courier client for v6 fails to launch with the error “Could not fin java environment”

Opening up a command line and typing java -version gives me the result

java version “1.7.0._02”

So I know Java is installed and working.

Version 4.4 and 5.0.1 of the client is already installed and working so assume a further environment variable and or file is required to make v6 run on my PC. Please advise as the install and release notes have not provided the answer.

Any ideas?

  We found the installation to be incomplete from the version we downloaded first time. The JRE folder in the installed client should have been 100MB we had less than 1MB. Download the client install from Infor again and install again worked
