Crash – signal 10

Cloverleaf 5.6 r2 on Solaris 10

Had a process crash on Friday. The only entry in the error log is
[pti :sign:WARN/0: rtadt_xlate:10/12/2012 13:36:57] Thread 1 received signal 10
[pti :sign:WARN/0: rtadt_xlate:10/12/2012 13:36:57] PC = 0xffffffff

Everything stared up ok and it has been running ever since. Any insights into possible causes?

  SIG 10 should be a BUS failure but on Sun and HP I have noted that you get a SIG 10 when it should really be SIG 11 Memory Allocation Problem
  
  Looks like you have a bad Xlate. Get the message causing it and see if you can recreate with Xlte test or route test. Then start disabling Xlate statements till you find it.
