copying a ws-server thread to a new site

I tried to copy and paste a thread from the NetConfig of one site to the NetConfig of another, but I don’t think that it copied the web services configuration. When I tried to start the thread on the new site, it didn’t look like it was starting up the CXF framework.

How do I copy a web services thread from one site to another (on a different host)?

Perhaps BOXing it might work?

(Right click on the thread ->Create BOX)?
