Compliance – HIPAA, Etc.

I am constantly being asked about Cloverleaf being HIPAA Certified/Compliant.  I would like to have essentially 3 levels or mechanisms to use to show compliance, but first must know what I am complying to.  I hear that reasonable measure must be in place to protect the data.  What is reasonable?  How have others answered the question of being compliant.

Citrix and active directory…Cloverleaf Basic Security…Cloverleaf Advanced security?  Do these fulfill the requirement? How about audit requirements?
