      Probably Internet Explorer issue.

We get around it by hitting F12 once the Help has been launched.

Give that a try and see if it helps.

Thank you Jim for the response.

F12 just gets Internet Explorer’s developer tool out, unfortunately it doesn’t help to get search to work

Well it does in our case so maybe youhave a different combination of IE and Win/7.

I added a meta tag in the header of the cloverleaf.htm file, to force IE7 emulation.

      Thanks for that tip.

But that did not work for me.

So for others there are 2 options – hopefully one will work for you.

Maybe there are also other options…

When I find IE being problematic, I find that Chrome has the answers.  Jim, did you try this in another browser?

We only have one browser distributed and supported here at this time as far as I know, and that is IE.

      So another potential work-around – 3 and counting…

In IE 11, I opened the Compatibility View Settings dialog and added infor.com.  Clicked the Close button, refeshed the page and the help files appeared correctly.  This worked for the link listed in the Documents section of Clovertech; it did not work for the same help files that were stored on my local workstation computer.
