David, the class covers advanced tcl topics, user points of control (UPoC), engine states, command line utilities, Cloverleaf protocols, xml, odbc, sqlite, tclcurl, data replies, grm, xpm, and the changes in latest release of Cloverleaf.
In my opinion the class is worth every penny and minute. I would recommend taking the class after you are comfortable with all of the material you learned in level 2 as the level 3 class will build on and improve on the level 2 material.
