Cloverleaf Archive Files when processing

Does anyone know how to make Cloverleaf archive a file when using “fileset-local” in the thread properties?

I know when a file is sent to an identified folder that Cloverleaf will pick up the file and process it.  

The requirement I have is for CLoverleaf first to archive the file then process it.  

The reason is that after processing Cloverleaf kills the input file.  I need a record of what files we processes.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
