Our company uses Cloverleaf and Cloverleaf Global Monitor with staff physically monitoring the Dashboard for Interface issues.
We would like to instead move to an alert based system rather than an eye on glass approach, but our admin has not really needed to work with Alerts for Cloverleaf due to our current process, and doesn’t believe there is any alert feature that will work.
Here are my questions:
Can Cloverleaf support logic alerts such as “if Interface (X) was in Status (Y) for (Z) Minutes send an email alert.
If that is possible, can it also handle logic such as “If Interface (X) was in Status (Y) for (Z)Minutes & Message Queue is Greater than 0, send an email alert.
We’ve built this kind of alert logic in other systems, but our admin does not believe anything such as ^ that is possible, and I wanted to see if anyone else has had this need and found creative solutions or know that this kind of feature is available somehow in Cloverleaf (or) Cloverleaf Global Monitor.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
