Cloverleaf 6.1 2 RDM errors

When I add a new thread to a process, after the save and restarting the process there is the following:

[dbi :dbi :ERR /0:  d_other_cmd:–/–/—- –:–:–] ‘

If I stop and restart all processes in the site everything comes up ok.  

The server OS is 2012 R2,

Cloverleaf is version 6.1.2.0

Since this is a test server I have the luxury of “cleaning up” the site which covers the following steps which are all scripted for automation purposes:

Site is stopped

hcimsiutil -R

hcimsiutil -Z

hcidbinit -ACfi

deleting the monitorShmenFile

deleting the rdm.taf file

Site is started

Cleaning up the site does not correct the issue.

Has anyone seen this before?
