Cloverleaf 6.1.1 – Recovery db and SMATDb files

Hello,

Does anyone know how what the threshold number is in both error and recovery databases for the new version of CL 6.1.1?  Unfortunately, we had over 92,000 in our recovery database and it before it crashed.  Secondly, how big can a SMATDB be before the system hangs?  We are trying to resent all the messages from the smatdb, but cannot as it is hanging?  Any suggestions?

Lastly, we also have a file we saved from recovery database before deleting them.  Can we break this into smaller files and resent them?
